1Agreement to these terms

In these Terms, “Quantum Heal”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Quantum Heal, the business of Dr. Hemlata Rathi that offers the VASTU DNA SYSTEM online course, based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. “You” means any person who visits our pages, joins our list, buys or uses our course, community, calls or app.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you visit our pages or buy and use the VASTU DNA SYSTEM online course and everything included with it (together, the “Course”). By buying or using the Course, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not buy or use the Course.

These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not need a physical or digital signature.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to buy the Course. By buying, you confirm that the details you give us are true and complete.

3The Course and what is included

The VASTU DNA SYSTEM is a digital, self-paced online course in English and Hindi. As described on the sales page at the time of purchase, it includes 8 modules, bonuses and downloadable resources, access to the private learning community, weekly live calls with Dr. Hemlata, mobile app access, the option to claim a complimentary 1:1 call after completing three video lessons, and certificates from Quantum Heal Academy on passing the course quiz.

We may improve, update or reorganise lessons and materials over time. We will not remove the core content you paid for without offering a reasonable alternative.

4Account and access

• After payment, we send your login details by email and WhatsApp. Access is hosted on our course platform and app (GoCollab).
• Lifetime access means access for as long as we continue to offer the Course and operate the course platform. If we ever stop offering it, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to download or keep the core materials where possible.
• Your account is for you alone. Do not share your login, and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend access if we see signs of account sharing, misuse or a breach of these Terms.

5Licence: personal use only

When you buy the Course, we give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Course for your own learning and for your own home and family.

You may not:

• share, resell, rent, sublicense or give away the Course or your login;
• copy, download (except where a download option is provided for your personal use), record, screenshot for distribution, upload or publish any lessons, worksheets, audios, live calls or community content;
• use the Course to teach, train, certify or consult for others, or create competing products; or
• remove copyright or ownership notices.

6Intellectual property

All content in the Course and on our pages, including videos, audios, text, worksheets, charts, templates, graphics, the names “Quantum Heal”, “VASTU DNA SYSTEM” and related logos, is owned by or licensed to Quantum Heal and Dr. Hemlata Rathi and is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and other laws. Any unauthorised use may lead to termination of access and legal action.

If you post content in the community, you keep ownership of it, but you allow us to display it inside the Course and community. We will ask for your permission before using your name, story or image in any marketing.

7Prices and payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹). The Course price is ₹1,999 unless a different price is shown at checkout. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment gateway (Razorpay). We do not store your card or banking details.
• Your purchase is confirmed when the payment succeeds and you receive our confirmation.
• We may change the price for future buyers at any time. A price change does not affect a purchase already made.

8Refunds

The Course comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, as explained in our Refund Policy. If the Course isn’t right for you, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Please read the policy before you buy.

9Community, live calls and the 1:1 call

Conduct

Please be respectful in the community and on calls. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, misleading or spam, do not promote other products or services without permission, and do not share other members’ personal information or stories outside the community. We may remove content or members who break these rules.

Weekly live calls

Weekly live calls are held at times we announce in advance and may be recorded and shared with Course members. Schedules can change, and calls may occasionally be moved or cancelled (for example, during holidays or for reasons beyond our control). Missing a live call does not entitle you to a refund.

The complimentary 1:1 call

• Buyers who complete three video lessons can claim one complimentary 1:1 call with Dr. Hemlata, booked through the method shared inside the Course.
• The call is subject to availability and to the booking rules shared at the time (for example, rescheduling notice). It has no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
• The “usually worth ₹15,000” value refers to Dr. Hemlata’s usual fee for a comparable session. It is not a cash amount you can claim.
• The call is educational and supportive in nature and is not a medical, psychological, financial or legal consultation (see the disclaimer below).

Mobile app and community platforms

The community and app run on third-party platforms (including WhatsApp and GoCollab). Their availability and features depend on those providers, and their own terms also apply.

10Important disclaimer: education only, no guaranteed results

11Testimonials and results

Testimonials, case studies and stories on our pages and in the Course are real personal experiences shared with permission. They are not typical and do not guarantee that you will get the same or similar results. Results differ for every home and every person. Where a story mentions health, it describes the person’s own experience alongside their medical care, not a medical outcome caused by the Course.

12Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• The Course is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that the platform, app or calls will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of income, profit, business, data or opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Course.
• You are responsible for your own decisions and actions, including any changes you make to your home and any health, financial or personal decisions.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to the Course is limited to the amount you paid for the Course.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quantum Heal, Dr. Hemlata Rathi and our team from any claims, losses, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Course, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access, without refund, if you break these Terms (for example, by sharing your login, copying or reselling materials, or abusive behaviour in the community or on calls). You can stop using the Course at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law) continue after termination.

15Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. Subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Course.

16Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Course after changes are posted means you accept them. Changes do not affect a purchase already made in a way that reduces what you paid for.
