1About this policy
In this policy, “Quantum Heal”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Quantum Heal, the business of Dr. Hemlata Rathi that offers the VASTU DNA SYSTEM online course, based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. “You” means any person who visits our pages, joins our list, buys or uses our course, community, calls or app.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices and rights you have. It is written to follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (“SPDI Rules”), and other applicable laws of India.
For the purposes of the DPDP Act, Quantum Heal is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here. By using our pages or buying our course, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
2Personal data we collect
Data you give us
- Identity and contact details: your name, email address and phone / WhatsApp number, for example when you fill in our form, buy the course or contact us.
- Course and community data: your login details for the course platform, your course progress and quiz results, messages and posts you share in the community or on calls, and anything you share during a 1:1 call.
- Information you choose to share about your home (for example, maps, worksheets or photos) or about yourself, including when you request a refund.
Payment data
Payments are processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not collect or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password. We receive limited details from the gateway, such as your name, email, phone, amount, transaction or order ID and payment status, so we can confirm your order, send invoices and handle refunds.
Data collected automatically
- Usage and device data: pages visited, buttons clicked, time on page, referring page, browser, device type, approximate location from IP address and similar technical data.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see “Cookies and tracking” below.
Our course talks about wellbeing, and some people choose to tell us about their health or their family’s health (for example, on a call or in the community). Please share only what you are comfortable sharing. We do not ask for medical records and we use anything you share only to support you within the course, never for advertising.

4Your consent
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit a form, buy the course or join the community, and for certain legitimate uses allowed by the DPDP Act (for example, where you have voluntarily given us your data for a specific purpose, or where the law requires us to keep it).
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to [email protected], by using the unsubscribe link in our emails, or by replying “STOP” to our WhatsApp messages. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already done. If you withdraw consent that is needed to deliver the course, we may no longer be able to provide it.

- When data is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
8How we protect your data
We use reasonable security practices and procedures, as required by the IT Act and SPDI Rules, including secure (HTTPS) pages, trusted payment and software providers, access limited to people who need it and password-protected accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach happens, we will act to contain it and notify affected users and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.
Please keep your course login details private and tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.
