We want you to buy with confidence. The VASTU DNA SYSTEM comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Join, try the course, watch the lessons, map your home and clear your first blocks. If you feel it’s not right for you, just ask for a refund within 30 days of buying and you’ll get your ₹1,999 back.

This Refund Policy explains how to ask and the few simple conditions that apply. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

2What this policy covers

In this Refund Policy, “Quantum Heal”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Quantum Heal, the business of Dr. Hemlata Rathi that offers the VASTU DNA SYSTEM online course, based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. “You” means any person who visits our pages, joins our list, buys or uses our course, community, calls or app.

This policy applies to purchases of the VASTU DNA SYSTEM online course (₹1,999) made through our official sales page and checkout. It covers the course and everything included with it at no extra cost (bonuses, community access, weekly live calls, the free 1:1 call option, mobile app access and certificates).

Any other programme, session or product we sell is covered by the terms shown at the time you buy it.

3Our 30-day money-back guarantee

If you feel the course is not right for you, you can ask for a full refund of the amount you paid for the VASTU DNA SYSTEM, as long as:

1. you send your request within 30 days of your purchase date; and
2. you send it from, or tell us, the email address or phone number you used to buy, so we can find your order.

You don’t need to give a reason, although we’d be grateful to hear what didn’t work for you so we can improve.

4How to request a refund

1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Refund request – VASTU DNA SYSTEM”. You can also reach us through drhemlatarathi.com/contact or call / WhatsApp +91 99634 26633.
2. Include your full name, the email and phone number used at checkout, and your order or payment ID (from your payment confirmation), if you have it.
3. We confirm your request by reply and process the refund.

5How and when refunds are paid

• Refunds are paid to the original payment method (the card, UPI, net-banking account or wallet you paid with), through our payment gateway, Razorpay.
• We process refunds within 7 working days of confirming your request. Your bank or payment provider may take a few more working days to show it in your account. We cannot control their timelines.
• The refund is for the amount you actually paid for the course. Charges made by your own bank (for example, currency conversion or international transaction fees) are outside our control and may not be refundable.

6What happens to your access

When a refund is processed, your access ends. This includes access to the course and lessons, all bonuses and downloadable materials, the private community, the weekly live calls, the mobile app, any unclaimed or not-yet-held 1:1 call, and any certificate not yet issued. Please stop using and delete any downloaded course materials.

7When a refund is not available

• After 30 days from the date of purchase, the course is non-refundable.
• When there are clear signs of misuse, such as sharing login details, copying or redistributing course materials, or repeatedly buying and refunding.
• When the account has been suspended or terminated for breaking our Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other laws of India that cannot be excluded.

8Payment problems

If something has gone wrong with a payment (for example, you were charged twice), please contact us first at [email protected]. We will fix genuine payment errors promptly. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may delay the resolution.

9Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
